Using Clinical Hypnosis, I work with clients via online sessions who are committed to change. Hypnotherapy can help with areas such as:

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool, however, I do not have a magic wand! You will need to work with me, for instance, by listening to my download.
In the initial consultation you can ask questions and I’m able to explain how simple it can be to change and how hypnotherapy works.
I work with clients via Zoom online meetings and I’m happy to do a quick training session on how to use this very user-friendly software prior to sessions commencing.
